How to do Free Offers

I have tried to do the free things to get cubits, but when I tap it it does nothing! It works fine for my sister, and I looked through the parental controls, but there was nothing that should be restricting it! Any ideas?

    You most likely have ads blocked under privacy settings. Just turn it off and you should be good to go.
