Change the abbreviation!
Example:
Qbee 1: Brb
Qbee 2: Big Red Birds. Afk
Qbee 3: A funny kraken. FYI
Qbee 4: Fear Your Igloo, etc...
if it gets really busy and the same abbreviations are being used, you can make up your own but try to use real abbreviations :P
