Crashing On Start-up

Whenever I start up the game (On Steam) It turns into a black screen and crashes. Before that, the resolution was broken, so I turned on full screen, but after turning that on and pressing the "Done" button, the full screen wasn't full, the outside was black, so I went back into settings, messed around with resolution, and the entire screen, not just cubic castles, was messed up. With cubic castles on, I restarted my computer. After that, I opened up Steam, opened cubic castles, and this appeared (The Image). But when i tried the Non-steam version on the webpage, it also messed up. I looked through files, and nothing was messed up, I think. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, didn't work. I tried deleted all files, I probably missed some, didn't work. Help me, as I don't like mobile and nothing else will work.
