Those new spoilers make your post look very empty. There is not much text in the spoiler, so why not share the text without using spoiler.

On the proposal:
I like the freeze bombs but i wouldn't make it 7 seconds(that is a long time to receive hits from other thing thus killing a qbee before they have a chance to escape). 4 seconds seems better.

A pow gift is a special surprise item... i would not make it an everyday kinda thing to use.

always im do a text without using spoiler,but always it look not beatfull,im do today,a topic with spoilers,and im liked how im organize them ^^

This idea is really good, the bomb would affect on battle for diamond/emerald, in pvp mode, bomb games and other.
Tell that cause like bombs ' = ' and wanna sew new types of it.

Yeah, literally everything can be used to scam, but it all comes down to common sense. Plus, the bombs honestly couldn't make their own scam, just add onto old ones.
