A question about my worst enemy called Lag

Hi there
I m planning to build another 100x100 realm with an object in it made from 7-8 k torches (if its possible)
So you can imagine that this place will be very laggy.
So now my question : Will the lag be reduced the further i get away from the object or will the lag be the same anywhere in the realm?

Look the lag is bigger when there are more block built on the visible arena like e,g on a certain angle you see 10 blocks you will have no lag but if you see it from an another angle where you see 50+ blocks its more likely to lag,and try reducing some graphics into the game menu and some other texture features
