Are Rare Fishing Drops Enabled? - About 6hrs total spent fishing w/ no rares..

The best I have gotten is 3 Parrot-fish and 1 message in a bottle. ..
For second best its a tie between the Big-eye & Q-bee fish & 6 Boots.
- I keep asking around and no one seems to have caught any of the other fish that are supposed to be available. - Just wondering if this can be helped.
- --> What's the best anyone reading this has gotten yet?

    I got A LOT of Old Cans, Old Boots, Seaweeds, Bigeyes, Qbeefishes, Wailfishes and 2 Seaslugs
