My cc keeps crashing on Ipad

I keep crashing on cc startup screen on Ipad mini 9.3. It stays white screen for 5 min, then loading screen, then crash. I tried reinstalling, restarting device, uninstalled 2 apps and a ton of photos and still the same. My wifi connection is very strong. Anyone knows a fix? Any help is appreciated

    Perhaps it's because the device is running on an outdated version of iOS? Other then that idk what could be causing the issue

    Same I found out that the ipad is too old so every game crashes so I got a new one the problem is from ipad itself too old
