Wait wait wait, sorry, but punctuation comes into play here
There is a distinct difference between "Read this hot stuff" and "Read this, hot stuff," similar to "Let's eat grandma" and "Let's eat, grandma"
The comma changes the meaning of the sentence
"Read this, hot stuff" would be addressing the person, whereas "Read this hot stuff" would imply that the hot stuff is whatever is on the sign
