    Question... How did you go about reporting this issue?
    If you took it to a report abuse (In-game), then there's a better option.

    Moderators cannot bring back items that have disappeared. This is more of a job for support to handle. It sounds like an unnecessary bug that you have fallen victim to. Support-report can mostly likely help you out provided you give the aupport admin all the details as to what happened to them.

    Just wait, you'll get your support. Mabz has to deal with tons of people having reports, and like Chick said, the support is currently offline, but believe me, when you do get support, you'll be so thankful.
