I'm sure you can use the blocks you stated above, except for the almighty cube and baleful box. I'm not sure about those two. I don't think it has to look like a candy distributing house but if you can do the 3 main factors and that then: GO FOR IT!
It has to be kept only within Halloween theme, so yes, off-topic builds will not be judged. You can use any blocks you want on your spot but I'd suggest to not use almighty cube and baleful box, also no rooms are allowed. Any other blocks and creativity are welcome!
