How do I Rotate the camera?

I haven't played in awhile so I forgot how to rotate the camera

    Press Q and E button to rotate the camera (Only if you're on Pc) but if you've changed it just look at settings

    There's a difference between rotating and unlocking.

    Rotating the Camera has always been auto accessable in-game.
    Starter keys for PC rotation are Q and E.
    (Now, if you're a custom weirdo like me, then mines > and < keys) :P

    Unlocking the Camera however is something you have your user essentially: give-access to. The combination of chanting
    "I defy Betamax!"
    followed by logging out and unlocking in tweaks.

    Not sure but if you go to my realm Mirror Mirror - Everything there is right side up & upside down as well.
