I think it mainly cause your RAM is full =-=
Keyboard in phone is an application, so it use RAM too, and when you only have <103mb RAM the keyboard won't show up quickly cause there is not enough space, and when you realize this thing happens just relaunch the game..
And an application will use more RAM for some reason..... (Duration and what you do in that application and etc)

I play on iOS and it happens to me ALL THE TIME. I also have 60 gigabytes left. Also, it happens when I'm playing cc, it dosent happen when I'm loading the game.
