Well, don't plain clouds get boring after a while? I have some ideas that would make clouds "fun"
Rain Clouds: Just a plain recolored cloud ;-;. Recipe: Cloud Block + Water. Color is grey.
Poof Cloud: Not all clouds last forever! This item will be like a dropper block. When you stand on it for too long, it disappears, leaving the cloud particle effect instead. Recipe: Cloud Block + Dropper Block. White when placed, but the icon has a yellow tint to avoid scamming.
Conveyor Cloud: This is a slightly more original idea. This is a moving cloud block. It moves back and forth, like a spudbug, but it does not harm you and it is slightly faster. Recipe: Omni Wind Machine + 5 Cloud Blocks = 5 Conveyor Clouds. White when placed, but with a blue tint in the icon.

Not a big fan of the rain clouds tbh, they seem sort of useless, even with the rainy stamp
