Server Restart Last December 25

Good day!
My plot got taken due to a server reconnection issue on December 25. I emailed support last December with a screenshot of the QBEE who took my plot. I know it is not the player's fault since I had a timer at that time. Also, I message direct moderators regarding the issue with my plot to ban the main of that alt. I hope Mabz will consider this message since he hasn't replied to my email.

    The admins don't handle support through the forums. If you opened a support ticket I'm sure Mabz will reply when he can.

    its been 10 days right now since i open my ticket 23911 and i follow up again ticket 23975 is there any chances that Mabz didnt read my ticket since i talk to knightanderson he just email mabz last 2 days then he replied. i try to reach him out in support email but he doesnt reply.
