I’ve had an issue for the past couple of days where it says “unable to connect” and to “shut off a vpn” when I do not use one.

I believe it may also show that message when one uses a proxy. Are you using one?

sometimes if a old account you dont know somehow got reported by a player your whole ip is banned.but only the old acc says your banned.every account will simply pull up with a unable to connect and the loading bar out of place.if this issue keeps on happening contact support since mabz knows best about these kinds of problems.hope this help :).i also put this as a spolier to keep it a bit short:)also if this is not the case just reset your ip[.also might help if you add a picture./spoiler]
