I sent in a help slip yesterday for this but it didn't give me the email or anything. I've completed a mobile offer and it hasn't given me my money yet i have screenshots for proof on my phone, there's no reason i shouldn't have gotten the cubits. The only possible thing i can thing of is because my phone had died and i recharged it but i don't think that's the case. Someone tell me how to fix it please! :)
