Help recovering a very old account

Hello. I have an account called "Retrowolf 2.0.", and it's been lost because the device that stored it was ultimately damaged. I remember assigning a password to it, but it's been over 7 years since I last played on it, so I can't remember the password. It also had an email, but now it can't be recovered because of the device being thrashed.
What can I do? I was over level 30, I had lots of rare items and I used the old starter realm (the large one).
