•what crop gives the most recubes when traded into the farmers co-op?
And
•how much time does it take for crops to grow? Like carrots.

Wheat gives the most recubes but it is NOT the most profitable. Corn is the most profitable due to the lower cost of seeds and that you can grow 2 crops of corn in the same 120 hours as 1 wheat crop.
