Stuck On "starting game" screen when trying to sign in on my pc

i can login to my account on my phone with ease but when i try to login on my pc i either get locked out or get stuck on the starting game screen.
Please Help!!
(sorry for the bad grammar/punctuation)
Edit: Nevermind it was connection issues

    I also have problems logging in but on my phone and iPad. haven't been able to login since last night. only way is to use my data. but internet is working because im writing this rn from my laptop XD
