Can any mod help me? I sent to support a lot, but they don't reply to me, or can you tell support to reply to me? the game doesn't open

    Only support can help in a situation like this. Mods do not have access to account information to answer your questions or the ability to talk to them for you. We also do not tell them how to do their job. If you opened a support ticket, you received a confirmation email. Reply to that email and ask again if they can help you.
    Please stop opening discussions here on this topic, this is a public forum and not the place to discuss your ban because nobody here can help with that.
