I can't access my cubic castles account because
1. my original password is incorrect
AND
2. all of my passwords from password resets are not working
what do i do to FIX THIS?

Go to: http://cubiccastles.com/contact.html
Once you have opened the website, click the widget in the bottom right corner that says "Support". Then fill it out with the necessary information.
