i know ive been banned from the general and the rest of the options. but why did i get unbanned from it but still banned in it whenever i click it and i dont have permission. (i though it was broken or something)

You aren't banned from the server but you are on the Reporting Only role so you can only report to the mods if needed. Some of the ther role settings got changed and it messed up the channel permissions for the reporting only role. Thanks for pointing that out, it has been fixed.
