No Trading Block/Setting (For Adventure Purposes)

A block that will disable the /trade command for all players, or a setting in realm set-up to disable it. This would also disable the ability to drag items onto other players and give it to them.
I have a problem with adventures and NPCs in that players can use alts to grab temporary items and /trade them to another account in a different part of the adventure. They can grind this to get a bunch of one type of item, or relog in a way to cheat and use another account to get your items back.
That's basically it. Just a way to stop players from giving each other temporary items.
