Make sure that the goto is an actual script name. Make sure that script is fully functional and coded correctly too. If there is chat in that script, make sure there is a Start Chat command, at least one Say command, and at least one Reply command. If not, make sure you don't have multiple other commands in the script. Some commands don't work together, so separate commands with gotos if you have enough scripts.
If you're goto command is not working, the script that you want to goto is probably not complete. Try tweaking it around if it won't work. If you're having troubles, could you tell me what you've coded and what you want your NPC to do? What commands are you using?
