Disable Acceloring

@SirKewberth i think you should disable acceloring on foundation, because some player playing with it at Pen's Yard Rentals and its make a high lag for some web and mobile user.

    Accelorings do cause a lot of lag and probably should be fixed somehow, but I don't want them to be taken away from foundation blocks.

    Have you tried turning off flashing in the settings? It stops the screen from shaking and flashing. Really helpful when people in Pen's are going out of control.

    -1 accelorings are awesome if your device is trash that's on you
