I'm not very active on the forums, but I remember the activity wall from a few years ago. It was really useful for me personally to be able to see who was active and to find their profiles so I could see what threads they had currently. It also promoted people to actually use the forums and check on it every once in a while.
I think it should be brought back since it's harmless and fun :)
