Where do I go to report a scammer without proof?

Hi Y'all!
I'm not in the best mood right now. I got scammed by someone that was lvl 8, item switch, lvl 49 cat to lvl 3 cat, thanks y'all!

    That is correct, we moderators need proof. There is a slight chance support could help but we can't guarantee it
