I dont know how to start, I can't use my account, when I login to play it keeps saying reconnecting. This has been happening for like 15 minutes. PLEASE I NEED HELP! I DONT WANNA LOSE MY PROGRESS

    Hi, did you try with the option "START AT HOME"?
