Drop rates of cans decreased? + crafting erro

Am I the only one who has experienced old cans to be significantly rarer? Was this intentional? Is there a bug that messed with the can's drop rates?

Also, when crafting Recycled Plastic, the UI shows 5 wrappers, but only uses 4. Should be fixed to show 4 wrappers.
