Holla Bug on Players that Reached Lvl10 after the Val Update

My Sister's Acc (Level 12) could not holla and it says in the system that it needed to be lvl 10 or higher to do a Holla but she is Lvl12... So please fix this very sooner 🙏 also she reached lvl10 after the val update so maybe it is connected to this problem, I also asked few players and they are also experiencing the same thing with their alternative accounts.
