Perks???

I know theirs been a perk update but all of my perks are gone? I’m a level 22, is this just a bug and will my perks be back?

With the new update, all perks were reset. They have incorporated a new perks system. You can find it by pressing the "ESC" key ( Key to go to the menu ), and go to the yellow circle called "Perks". There you can get your perks back.

Do you know how I could fix this on mobile?

Exactly the same way... Press your menu button (the one you use to see your profile / outfit / etc... and click on perks. There you are to choose which ones you want to claim.
