I am making a giant pirate ship, and suggestions? :)

I have a clan called The Professional Pirates, and I am making a pirate ship in the clan realm.
I am looking for any ideas on what I should make it look like, or how big?
I think what I have so far if like 55 blocks long.

    Make sure everything has a plan before you go straight into action. Also, wait until cannons work with wireless switches :P

    Use outline blocks to block the cannon from firing, although you can't turn it off...

    Are you doing it with new wood or old wood? I think old wood would look better, but maybe you had another idea. Are you doing flags?

    Cannons doesnt matter, Designs are important to make it gud looking.
