Farm Glitch

I've been trying to grow tomatoes in my realm and the last two times they just get stuck part way through growing and then won't finish growing. Some of them are permanently watered and the others it won't let me water them. Please help.

    Can't be under anything. Has to be on top. The blocks above it are blocking the sunlight the plants need.
