My doog won’t level up, why?

I fed my doog 1 pet treat and kept placing half dirt, he didn’t gain any xp, why? Is it because doogs only level up via breaking things?

    I have found that sometimes after a pet reaches a new level he won’t gain xp unless you feed him again. Try giving a treat and see if that helps. I have had this happen with three different pets so far: Mew mew, doog, and turkey. It seems to happen more often as levels get higher.

    When a treat runs out it does not show that it needs a new one until you either leave the realm or relog. After you relog or leave the realm if the pet is hungry it will show the hungry thing on the pets level.. May be the problem..
