Kewberth said that Yellow is most common, blue is the middle, and purple is rarest.

the prices are now a bit going up down but prices are about:
yellow: 350-600
blue: 1k-2k
purple: 2,5k-4k

but now i also see people buying purple ones for 9k...

Just FYI - those percentages are a little misleading because while they do act as base percentages, the server actually tweaks the rarity based on some other factors as packs are bought, so it's not exactly right. The "rare" hats are not as rare as that would make you think.

Actually the fashionista perks works differently. And the chance at level 2 is less than 15%
