Make a Music Making Contest!

I have noticed that the mines don't have music when you join. I was thinking that maybe a music making contest could be a possibility.

Imo , a music is way too hard without an instrument or a software, difficult to legally get these two for free .

I think all contests should be available for everyone, not everyone can compose music or has musical knowledge :/
