Grilled Chicken BLT Wraps
Whole chicken breast, lay the knife down and cut in half so you have 2 chicken breasts 1'2" thick, lightly coat with oil foil on baking pan, lay chicken on it then coat with lemon pepper and cover with foil, cook 40 minutes at 350, uncover and drain away broth, flip chicken and coat with generous coating of mayo, then sprinkle on parmesan & romano cheese, cook uncovered another 10 minutes.
Cut chicken into strips, add cooked bacon, shredded lettuce & diced tomato ( or Pico De Gallo ), swiss cheese on large flour tortillas. It wraps better if you microwave the whole thing for 15 seconds.
NOTE: if you want a drip proof wrap, fold 1/3 over filling then fold an end over that the continue rolling 1st fold till wrapped up.
