Removing Old / Unused accounts

With all these people farming alts or leaving cc. If your account is PvP 5/10 or under your account will be removed if active in around a year or two
I think that their realms / accounts should be removed as it is putting stress on the servers.

The Devs have already raised room/realm prices due to server stress.

Would it be possible?

    and what when someone leave CC for 2 years and comes back to play again...
    he would be surprised to see his account removed, i mean imagine you have an account which you worked hard for it and payed alot of time for it, and for some reasons, you quit the game for a while, and then return and see your account removed ;-; would't that disappoint you?

    I reckon they should just remove all accounts level 10 and under that have not been used for a year or two.
