Wearable Items with Effects!

I don't know if it's just me, but I love effects on items. Like the red nose. So I just made some here, suggestions/comments?
note: images are linked to imgur because I dunno how to add gifs onto the forum!
My suggestion is that there'd be a special slot for these items.

    I like the ideas but there should be also an option to turn this off (seizures) but +1 xD

    lightweight option, so it decreases the rate of the rainbow effect.

    OOh, I was thinking you meant clothes that give extra perks, such as armor sets and all that jazz.

    Well, I can go either way.

    Actually, for cosmetic things, it's usually exclusive to the rare holiday-limited clothing (the rarest in the game because it's only around for certain holidays).

    I would love the glowing eyes, but it would look better if it was neon blue and didn't have those lines going around... That's just my opinion.
