@echo%20gaming What is the source of your music track? There is a good chance that track has an active copyright.
Its not just whether something is copyright free. The key thing is if it can be used for commercial use. In most cases even copyright free stuff you would have to pay to use it commercially. For non-profit its fine to use. I was under the understanding that whoever wins will replace the old trailer right? Yeah using stuff in the background of a youtube video is very different from using it in an official trailer for a game.
I personally think cosmiccow games should supply us music they own or have commercial rights over as pretty much anything that isn't user created will not be able to be used for commercial use.
