Can't Open C store :(

I can't open the cstore it doesn't open when i enter. It keeps on saying loading but never loads :(

    Close the game then reopen it.

    most of the time that is because of bad internet, try maybe using data to open it, go to a better place, or if that doesnt work maybe reinstall cc
