Can rooms be nominated for best realms of the year?

Ok so just a simple question, are rooms capable of being nominated for best realms?

im in a dilemma between buying a room or a realm for a build i have been planning

    if you want more people to visit your place then best would be buying a realm, but you can indeed also just use a room

    thanks but i can afford a realm, you can give it to other ppl who cant afford instead :)

    to be honest i already kinda do hehe....

    basically when i am on i always go around supporting people that build stuff
