Maybe the faster mining perk would give you a pickaxe and if you take the pickaxe off your outfit you don't mine faster anymore

It would be awesome if we could use the purse and the briefcase as a little chest to carry around and we could store anything inside it, it helps the others without the Pack Rat perk

And we can open the umbrella in realms with the weather stamp (Light Rain Stamp I think)

Flashlight is for dark realms

Police baton can act as a weapon that takes half a heart away

Ripped gloves: changes mining animation to mining an item with 1 arm (same speed)
Boxing gloves: changes mining animation to punching a block (also same speed)
Shrink ray: It shrinks blocks to the size of a dropped version, then breaks it.

Pickaxe, axe: hopefully it can work like harvest moon whereby a user press and hold (charge), and they can remove 3x3 at a time.

Well, obviously Rocket Laun her would be annoying because you could just get killed very single time. And, it would be annoying that the person keeps destroying your realm with the rocket launcheR and also unfortunetal your idea is way too complicated, plus the company has to get rid of the mean scammers and fix bugs and glitches.
