  I’d contact support if you truly think there was a problem, also it’s advised you not post discussions about your consquence. (Not trying to mini mod)

  I would DM one of the in-game mods, but the mute will most likely expire before they get to solve the problem. Beside that, unmutes are very rare.

  As far as I know, there has never been a case of an accidental mute.
  The mods always check, even if it means digging in the chat logs.
