example 1 : A giant picture of a lego figure (1 "object") example 2: many varieties of flowers (multiple "objects") Are both ways allowed? Or does it have to be based on one "object," one vocal point?
You can have multiple objects as long as it's all part of one picture. Otherwise it would be like you were doing multiple entries in one room.
I don't think it would be a good idea to use a stamp because if your work can't be seen clearly from a viewing platform it would make it hard for the judges to see your art

Are we allowed to place a portal to the ground ? (Pixel art above) I mean a portal allow you go down to explore (Becuz we are on viewing platform)
I don't fully understand your question but as long as there is a viewing platform above so we can see the art below.
To the ground (When finished pixel art it looks like we stand on it)
I see no problem with placing a door to go down to see your design. Just make sure you have a glass viewing platform so we can walk around above it to see the whole picture for judging.
it won't matter, as long as you have an info bumper, you're all good. it will make it easier for us to judge but for those who already dropped warp food without their names on them, it's ok.
On a side note, I'm extending the deadline to the 20th, that's when I'll finish my semester.
These are my last few questions I promise.... 1. Can I use slabs? (plaster slabs, etc.) 2. How high above my pixal art do you recommend the viewing platform should be? 3. Around what I am building do I have to have a background or can I leave it as the bottom of the realm? sorry I ask wayyyy to many questions..... o-o

You can use slabs but it has to be one layer, and make the platform high where we can see the pixel art clearly. And yes you can just leave it as the bottom of the realm.

In case the warpfoods disappear you can visit it at Kitty Empire-Cosmic Farm , there is a portal named Icantiwill building contest
