I need some help. I am switching over to a new email and new username for everything that I play. I was planning on making a new steam account with this. I would want to make a new cc account as well. Would I be able to despite being on the same computer where it says I can't make anymore cc accounts with the other steam account?

    Well, you can simply change the email on your account by clicking on the "?" and scrolling down, and entering a new email. (you may have to change your password, or just type your current one in twice so nothing changes.) Or use cellular data to make another account, or connect to a different wifi network.
