My Pagoda stamp is gone

Can someone help me about this issue?

Yesterday, I bought a Pagoda stamp for my realm. But this morning, when I log in on the game. It's already gone. Was that supposed to happen? Is there a time limit on stamps?

Actually this happened before. This is my second time buying a Pagoda stamp. And after a day. It's gone already. Is the Pagoda stamp have a bug or something?

Please help ☹️. If you wants to see, my realm is at Aspen.
