I'm trying to open the game through steam and it keep sending me "Access is denied. (0x5)", and my Anti Virus (McAfee) Keeps putting the Cubic.exe App into blockade.

    Forgot to mention, This is happening only with the Cubic Castles through my steam, and yeah I've tried already to reinstall the app / turn off my laptop etc..

    Some antivirus programs/apps tend to view CC as a dangerous thing.
    It is possible to fix this by putting the Cubic.exe file into your antivirus whitelist.
