Dr Slymegood only apear once??

I miss the first time cuz I was at trip and using phone (hard to control + lag)

So I just wanna ask, Slymegood come ONCE only or he will come again soon?

    as far as i can see is it more like that he or goes overworld official realms, or that he randomly teleports to someone but whatever happens there will be a high chance that it gets holla'd
