Run CC On Chrome OS...?

Now this may have been talked about before, or not.. but no matter how much this was talked about before, it kinda needs more attention..
Because Some People own the Cheaper Alternative of Mac & Windows, The Chrome OS (Chromebooks). Maybe giving Chromebooks a chance by Making CC On Chromebooks, maybe By putting it on the Chrome Web Store,
Now i know Some Chromebooks can handle downloading for Google Play Store, but There it's still useless cause it's only touch control. but Still even if that problem is fixed a majority of Chromebooks still can't handle downloading there.
And If you say "Go Download Wine and Run Ubunutu by doing those weird commands" It's not always a 100% Working.
If an admin can see and reply to this post i would be very thankful, any comments related to this topic would be a help and i'll try to reply.

i mean alot of the CC players are kids afterall.
